How It Works
SafeVoice is designed to make reporting feel simple and supportive, not like filling out a government form. Here's what happens from the moment you submit a report.
Tell us what happened
You'll walk through a short, guided form: choose a category, describe what happened, optionally attach supporting files, and decide whether to share your contact details or stay anonymous.
Your report is reviewed
Once submitted, your report is reviewed by the relevant team (for example Human Resources, Ethics & Compliance, or Safeguarding) and assigned to a case officer.
Follow your case
Your case reference number (like SV-2026-00482) lets you check your case's status any time on the Track My Report page — from submitted through to resolved.
Get support
Depending on your case and the contact details you chose to share, you may receive updates or be contacted for more information.
A note on timing
Review times vary depending on the nature and urgency of your report. Urgent safety concerns are prioritized. You're always in control of how much you share, and you can check your case's progress whenever you'd like.
