Safety & Confidentiality
We want you to feel in control of your report, and to understand — honestly — how your information is handled.
You control what you share
You choose how much detail to include, and whether to provide contact information or report anonymously.
Controlled access
Reports are only accessible to authorized personnel handling cases in the relevant department.
Secure submission
Your report is submitted through a secure connection and stored in systems with restricted access.
Responsible handling
Every case is reviewed and routed by trained staff who follow AAAZ's reporting procedures.
An honest note on anonymity
We take confidentiality seriously, but we won't make claims we can't back up. We do not claim that reports are “100% anonymous” or “impossible to trace” — instead, we limit access to authorized personnel and handle every report with care. If you choose to remain anonymous, we won't ask for identifying information, and your case reference number becomes your main way of following up.
What happens to your report
Once submitted, your report is reviewed and assigned to a case officer or team based on its category. You can track its status — Submitted, Under Review, Assigned, In Progress, or Resolved — at any time using your reference number.
